HOW TO BEGIN:          Call 817-528-8143 or E-mail  HelpMe@dfwpcdoc.com          Provide name, phone#, approximate DFW location, & brief description of service needs WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:          The PC Doctor will respond shortly, discuss terms & labor estimate, then schedule a site visit WHERE IT HAPPENS:          Upgrades and installs typically occur on site          Lengthy repairs, benchmarking, and maintenance are performed in-shop              - The PC Doctor handles any hardware disconnects/transport/reconnects/etc. WHEN TO EXPECT IT:          Typical response time is within 24 hours (STAT!)          All work is done by appointment only, with no fixed hours of operation          Customer pays for short on-site jobs at completion              - In all other situations, the $50 on-site consult/diagnostic fee is paid up front          Estimated time of task completion: ASAP (varies by complexity)              - Per job pay inspires quick and efficient resolutions!!!
